"Anna Cara" is our beautiful family home, is it very special to us and brings a lot of pleasure to our family. We look forward to guests enjoying and caring for our home as if it was their own.
Upstairs, wall-to-wall windows unite the family hub and kitchen with the stunning natural landscape.
-Wrap around sun deck provides amazing river views.
-Open the sliding doors to the deck to fill the house with the sounds of nature, the river, and the surf
-Contemporary kitchen features marble benchtops, dishwasher and a Smeg freestanding cooker.
-At the eastern end of home is one of the most impressive views and master bedrooms in Barwon Heads- king bed, twin WIR's, occasional chairs and a luxurious ensuite.
-The 2nd bedroom with queen bed lies near the 2nd bathroom upstairs.
- The children’s wing downstairs has two bedrooms (single & double/single bunk), a play nook, luxury sofa and TV.
- The spacious lounge downstairs is on hand for family movie nights, pool table
competitions and table tennis. A king single day bed. A kids heaven.
-Outside, you’re spoilt for choice with an in ground trampoline, kids playground equipment and ample lawn space allow for all outdoor activities.
-The private and inviting solar heated pool tops the outdoor luxury list, for use all year round.
-Hydronic heating and split-system air conditioning keeps the entire home comfortable.
-we welcome 1 dog, but please no cats due to an allergy in our family. We do not charge an additional fee for a single dog as we expect you to manage any doggy doos and ensure no digging and the likes. We request that your dog is not on our furniture and preferably sleeps outside or in our garage.
