Positive: The location is simply just excellent. It is easy access and in a safe area, with walking distance to major attractions and surrounded by multiple restaurants and cafees.
Negative: The sound isolation could be better but on the other hand all neighbors seems to respect each other and sounds down at late snd early hours.
Summary: First time in Buenos Aires and we didn’t know upfront how well this studio i located. Anna was so nice to ys and helped
