VIBE
1 bedroom (3 beds) cottage + hot tub + fire pit + deck + bbq. The cottage has a relaxed modern decor with colorful textiles you can throw over furniture for your pup. We keep our rentals sparkling clean but stay away from all white decor so you can relax in the space.
SOAK
You can soak your troubles away in the hot tub outside or deep soaking tub in the remodeled bath. You may want to bring flip flops as the path to the hot tub is gravel.
SLEEP
Tuft and Needle comfy King mattress in bedroom and super comfy memory foam Queen mattress on pull out bed in living room + twin futon in extra room. Sleeps 5 snugly yet comfortably. To our delight our guests report the pull out sofa bed is actually the most comfortable mattress they have EVER slept on!
Noise Limits:
Our neighbors are lovely and are also rental hosts so do say hello if you see them :)
Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited by the county. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am. Questions? Don't hesitate to text or call us :)
PUP STUFF:
1. PLAY IN YARD - Backyard is fenced but not large. 2 dogs allowed ---QUIET, within reason as they need to talk too--- as neighbors' yards are close.
2. POOP HAPPENS - Doggie bags provided for your pup's "business" - please place in metal bucket outside and transfer to garbage can and pull to street end of driveway on Thursday night for Friday early am garbage pickup.
3. NO SOLO - Pets may not be left alone in yard (see pet sitting info below) and must be leashed in neighborhood. Great hills and vineyard up the street for walking your pup.

The entire fenced property is yours to explore! There is one parking space in the driveway and room to park 2 more cars right in front or along the brown fence/brown house of our home down the hill.

CLEANING: For monthly stays or longer we will provide cleaning services every 2 weeks in addition to the paid cleaning at checkout. It helps keep the cottage shining year round.
WHERE ARE THE VINES? To see grapevines in their glory each season, walk right up the street to the beautiful hillside vineyard and join locals walking our neighborhood for exercise or an evening stroll.
WHERE IS THE COFFEE? Coffee beans and sweetener (and grinder, coffee maker and french press) are provided. Barking Dog coffee is an easy 6 minute meandering walk with great coffee and pastries.
