Summary: The apartment is located at the Restaurant Raw. The location is very good, right next to the main funicular. The Lido beach club was 5 minute walk. Location is great. Parking very close by, but expensive. We did not have any issues with noise, but it if you require absolute quiet, it's not optimal. To get into apartment, we came into the restaurant to check in. The people in the restaurant were extremely nice and helpful, but they are they just to give you the keys, if you have questions, they may not be able to answer. We had the apartment on the very top, there are lots of stairs, so if you have lots of baggage, may be difficult. The biggest problem was that the apartment was very hot. They had two small fans but only one worked. When we asked for additional fans, they refused. I don't know where the host was located, but it took a whole day to get a response back. Also, we had only one set of keys which was quite inconvenient as we had to leave them at the restaurant for others to pick up. Overall, good value for the location if you don't expect luxury treatment.
