Nice Apartment on the seafront ideal for your beach vacation. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a double sofa bed, from the living room you can access a large terrace with beautiful views of the beach and is air-conditioned.
The parking is communal with a barrier and exterior, there is no assigned space and they are limited.
In its surroundings you will find restaurants, we recommend EDEL MAR, supermarkets, ice cream parlors, ACUOPOLIS and much more.
The building has an elevator, swimming pools, outdoor showers and community parking with an exterior barrier.
Animals are not permitted.

Animals are not allowed and it is a very bright fifth floor.
1st. We are available for any questions so that you have a pleasant stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Towel supplement €4/person.
3rd. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
Entry time to the apartment: from 5:00 p.m. (if there are any guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 17:00 may incur an additional fee.
Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.
4th. Upon departure, guests are asked to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.
7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.
8ºThe tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.
