Summary: The chalet is beautiful, both the inside and the gorgeous view outside. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kind of pots, pans, and tools. We were gifted a bottle of wine which was absolutely delicious! There were a few glitches checking in, a bit more instructions for the entry door would have been helpful. There are two doors and one of them has a visible keypad. So naturally we tried to unlock that door with the code given and it did not work because apparently there was a touch screen keypad on the other door which did not illuminate and reveal itself until you actually tapped it! A few phone calls and a bit of frustration but we made it in! We also had a bit of an issue with the wifi because we were sent a code that had an incorrect character. The company responded quickly by email. After that, our 10 day stay was absolutely blissful. There is an amazing river trail with direct access from the complex. The town is pretty and Quebec City was about a 45 minute drive, with which we were fine with, as we really enjoyed the village life. Also, there were quite a few board games inside the tv stand, which kept us entertained on rainy days, along with the smart tv.
