Positive: The resort is quite well maintained; the swimming pool is well cleaned every morning. The property is on the beach and on a walking path along the beach that leads to Sante Luce. Very comfortable appartment, I loved it that there are washing machines right below it, a small grocery store/kiosk, and 2-3 restaurant options. Also the pull out sofa was very comfortable.
Negative: The furniture on the balcony can be freshened up, especially the chairs.
Summary: Very comfortable appartment in a nice location.
