Positive: Love the pod beds with TV (netflix) and both a sliding wooden door and curtain. 10 bed is very spacious. Great bathrooms. Good kitchen. Receptionist Laura is very kind and can give information about other cities in Spain

Negative: The sensor light in the 10 bed is extremely annoying but I guess it's for energy saving Lack of info available from reception about things to see and do in Vitoria. Having to pay to leave your case for a few hours after check out - most hostels offer this free and the price kept changing from "It's €5 to no it's ok, no charge to €2". Lack of atmosphere
