Positive: We had the most amazing experience in Arch Villa. The house is a beautifully maintained and renovated traditional residence, you do get a real feeling of the history of the island just by walking in. Impeccably clean, really comfortable beds and pillows, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with everything we needed for our stay, and more! It has a lovely patio with sea views, ideal for breakfast and morning coffee as it is shady and cool. The house is in a small, quiet village with friendly neighbours and a colourful taverna run by a very attentive chef. There's also a pizza place just round the corner. The village is on the west side of the island which is much more picturesque and tranquil than the busy, touristy east side. However, there's easy access to Rhodes town, small mountain villages and all the beaches, for us it was ideally located. Everything was absolutely perfect but, above all, the hospitality of the owners was beyond duty! The communication with both from the first moment to the last was amazing. A helpful, friendly couple that did everything for us to have a good time without being overbearing: we were welcomed with a smile, fresh fruit and breakfast for the kids and a bottle of wine for the adults, very appreciated! I can without doubt say that they were some of the best hosts we have ever encountered, the best example of the famous Greek hospitality! Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely house and for doing everything possible to make our holidays unforgettable!
