Located 12 minutes from Mount Snow and 5 minutes from downtown Wilmington in the family-friendly community of Chimney Hill that provides amenities free of charge for guests: indoor & outdoor pools, indoor hot tub & sauna, ice rink, bar, movie room, fitness room, tennis, pickleball, bocce, horseshoes, basketball court, social areas, game room, fishing, hiking trails, and snowmobile trails.
Master bedroom with plenty of room for cribs as well as a pull-out couch. Another bedroom with double bunk beds, and two other bedrooms with double and queen size beds. Bathrooms on the main and top floor, both of which are next to bedrooms, ensuring everyone’s comfort. Additional features include a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, updated kitchen & bath, WIFI, and a large fully finished basement with a bar, pool table, games, XBOX360, a cocktail arcade table with over 7000 games and couches to relax including one that is a sofa sleeper.
All rooms have fans, overhead lighting, new mattresses, new linens, and plenty of other improvements over the past year.
Deck provides for outdoor dining with a grill. Plenty of room outside when the weather is nice for cornhole, horseshoes, frisbee, soccer, etc.
