Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Clean and tidy, beds comfortable, living spaces light and airy. The power shower was awesome, heating and hot water easy to figure out and worked well. Upside down layout resulted in some lovely views. Location brilliant, Porthcothan, Treyarnon, Constantine and Harlyn beaches all within a few minutes drive (and probably walkable if you're fit enough). Restaurants and day trips galore. TV wasn't a smart one and there's no freeview box or anything - I've put this in the pros, because it really did limit the temptation to watch telly, but some might think it's a negative!

Negative: Whilst generally clean, there were cobwebs hiding behind curtains. There were absolutely no provisions at all. With the exception of some washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and a couple of dishcloths. Nothing to clean either the kitchen or bathroom with. On arrival there was a small bottle of milk, six tea bags a handful of sugar sachets and a few coffee pods which was great. Other than that though, nothing. We've stayed in lots of self-catering places and this was the first time we have ever needed to buy the basics such as salt and pepper! Patio door needs attention - beware when opening!!!
