Cute little home in Waterbury Village, walking distance to all downtown has to offer, and only 20 minutes to Stowe, Sugarbush, MRG, and Bolton. Right off I89, you're just a quick 30 minutes from Burlington and 15 to Montpelier.
I welcome one well behaved pet, preferably a dog, as I am allergic to cats. (Please be aware that my neighbors have dogs as well that they often leave to wander around off-leash, and they come over to play. If your dog is not good with others please leash it at all times. It is important to me that all my guests are respectful of my neighbors.)
In the summer rent a kayak at the Waterbury Reservoir just up the street, or try our world class mountain biking and tons of hiking trails.
Leave your car in the driveway the whole time and still have an adventure!
I live here full time when not renting, and when it is rented I stay in a travel trailer in the backyard. You will have the whole place to yourself but we share the driveway and yard. I keep to myself and am busy at work, so you will have privacy, but I am close by should you need me.
There are lots of personal details throughout the house, specifically artwork, some made by me, some made by friends, some by my mom and some I just cherish and am excited to share with you.
There are also lots of books...seriously it's like a little library. The living space is cozy and comfy, and open to the galley kitchen. There is a dining table and chairs for 2, and an open space that I use for yoga.
The bedroom is clean and bright, with a blackout shade if you like to sleep in. Plenty of room in the dresser or closet for your things.
New bathroom is equipped with soap and shampoo, and has a nice view to the perfect maple tree in the back yard!

In the summer you can grill on the back patio, and hang out by the firepit in the private back yard. Have your morning coffee on the front porch and watch the world go by.

My home is a work in progress, and so there are some details that are not quite finished yet...a bit of paneling needs replacing, and some lights need fixtures. On the flipside, the kitchen is new and so is the half bath downstairs and the full bath upstairs.
Overall I think you'll find it charming and cozy...I certainly do, and I'm proud to share my home with you.
