Summary: Pros: 1) Gracious owner. 2) Amazing views (you can see Lion's Head, Table Top Mountain, and the coastline below). 3) Incredible breakfast/food. Cons: 1) Shower was luke warm at max temp. 2) No bathtub. 3) No jacuzzi and the pools (there's two of them which is great for a boutique hotel) were unheated. As we visited in winter, it meant they were unuseable. 4) Dated decor; not upscale. 5) Small rooms with low ceilings. 6) Outrageously priced for what you get. We paid $900 US per night for a family of 3 (father/mother/son) in a small shared room during low season. One & Only was only minimally more expensive. 6) The service, which was touted as anazing, was average. Overall, not a luxury hotel.
