Summary: We generally have a great check in and seamless entry to the room. This time, we were told the room was ready, the card didn’t work for the lift and had to be reprogrammed, then when we arrived to the room housekeeping were still there. The room was not ready. We asked for the room to be made up and it was delayed and then when undertaken, very sloppy. I may as well have just pulled the sheets over! No care at all.
