Lovely family home just a few minutes walk to the beautiful bay beach for some of New Jersey's most beautiful sunsets. Conveniently located in a quiet residential community near the Cox Hall Creek Wildlife Preserve, we are just a short drive to the Cape May beaches, town center, wineries, breweries and the Cape May Zoo. Our peaceful backyard and cozy fireplace is the perfect place to relax and unwind when you aren't out and about exploring the many year around attractions Cape May has to offer!
The space: This family vacation home has 3 good sized bedrooms with 6 beds which can comfortably sleep 8 for a family including children or a group of up to 6 adults! We also provide a double air bed and pack and play for additional sleeping accommodations.
The house features an open plan living and dining room, as well as a fully stocked kitchen, one full and one half bathroom. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, so please feel free to bring your own laundry detergent. There is outside shower and clothing line also available for sandy beach days.
The lovely backyard has a 6 seater patio set and built in benches, a kids picnic table as well as a single hammock swing for you to enjoy. You can also help yourself to the gas grill. We provide some beach chairs, toys, a wagon and more to help make your stay more convenient. Bikes are also available for you to use *at your own risk* during your stay. Please feel free to contact me with any questions surrounding the accommodations or amenities provided for your stay.
Guest Access: Guest are within easy walking distance to the beautiful bay beach and full private access to our home and our relaxing backyard.

- Soap and dish detergent are provided
- There is also a washer and dryer on site if you would like to bring laundry detergent.
Our cleaning service will provide linens for your stay including:
- Sheets on all beds
- Coverlets on all beds
- Pillow cases on all pillows
- 2x full sheet sets + coverlets folded and left in closet for futons
- 10 Bath Towels
- 4 Bath Hand Towels
- 6 Wash Cloths
- 1 Kitchen Wash Cloth
- 2 Kitchen hand Towels
In addition, consider bringing:
- Beach towels
- Pack and play bedding
- Air Mattress bedding
There are games, toys, and puzzles also provided to help reduce the load of packing and traveling with little ones! The house has a high speed WiFi connection and 55" smart TV set up with Netflix for you to enjoy.
Location: The neighborhood is the Villas, New Jersey, United States (Adjacent to North Cape May). Our home is located in a lovely residential community, minutes walk to the bay beach and features a beautiful back yard perfect for families, groups, and relaxing getaways! The house is centrally located between the bay beach (5 houses to the bay and one street over from the access) and the Cox Hall Creek Wildlife Management area. The Wildlife area is a beautiful place to go fishing or explore nature via a walk or bike ride. Within walking distance there is also a library, playground, and a recreational enter with basketball, ping pong, foosball, and more. You are located only a short drive (less than 15 mins) to Cape May town center and beaches (4 Cape May beach tags are provided) as well as several wineries, breweries, a farm, and the Cape May Zoo! Wildwood boardwalk and amusements are only a 20 minute drive from the house and great for an evening out! We are located only 2.3 miles from the Lewes Ferry terminal which can transport you and your car across the bay for a day out in Lewes, Delaware or Rehoboth beach! We are perfectly located for an evening walk to the bay to see some of the most spectacular sunsets in New Jersey over the Delaware bay. Cycling is a great way to get around the neighborhood to check out the bay beaches, a great bar; Harpoon's at the bay and the wildlife management area. Two adult bikes and 2 children's bikes are provided and there is plenty of room in garage if you'd like to bring your own as well. There are also riding and walking paths at the end of the road in the Cox Hall Creek Wildlife Management Center.
