It's perfect location is within a short walking distance to cafe's, restaurants, Ballarat Fine Art Gallery, Her Majesty's Theatre, Regent Cinemas, Hospitals and the City Circle free transport. This means you can leave your car and walk. It's also only between two to four kilometres to Sovereign Hill, Museum of Australian Democracy at Eureka (MADE), the Ballarat Wildlife Park, as well as beautiful Lake Wendouree and the Botanical Gardens.
