Amenities include 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths & 1 Half bath, stainless appliances, granite countertops, central air, a fireplace and much more. You will love the expansive deck and dock area where you can relax and enjoy the amazing vistas and colorful sunsets! Kayaks are included for your fun and you can bring your boat and/or jetskis to experience the vacation of a lifetime!
First floor has a King suite with private bath, and queen room, and full bath, kitchen, living room, enclosed sitting area, and dining table. Not to mention an enormous deck with multiple lounging areas. You will want to be outdoors the entire vacation. The second floor offers three additional bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed that has a trundle bed (single bed) that pulls out from under this queen bed, and a chair that turns into a single bed. And the other two bedrooms on the second floor each have one queen in each of them.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
