Summary: Pros - staff was very nice, beds were clean, location was great for us, breakfast was plentiful / tasty, lobby is pleasant and welcoming Cons - hallways / stairwells are filthy, we had a punch hole in our bathroom door, we could not get cold water for the shower, walls are super thin, tons of noise from the highway for street-facing rooms.
