You will love this property! Beautiful bay side house on the Western Shore of the Chesapeake Bay in the lovely town of Rose Haven/North Beach Community. You'll have a lovely view of the Bay right across the street from the house. A 3 bedroom , 2 full bathroom home, with full kitchen, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave ,washer/dryer and fireplace. Spacious enough for 6 adults but cozy enough for an intimate getaway for 2.
Directly across the street is Rose Haven Memorial Park where you can beachcomb, watch the sailboats, fish or just hang out on a beautiful day. We are just 2 blocks from the gorgeous Herrington Harbour Marina. Eat breakfast on the front porch as you watch the sailboats with a full view of the Chesapeake Bay or lounge on the screened-in back porch for privacy. Across the street is the county park for beach combing, fishing, bird watching, or stargazing. We are just 2.5 miles from Chesapeake Beach Bay Resort & Spa.
Walking distance to Chesapeake Deli and Grill, grocery store & fine dining at Ketch 22 restaurant where the food is awesome.
The home comfortably sleeps 6 as the living room has a pullout sofa bed. Master bath is equipped with an over-sized shower while guest bath has a shower tub combo. Both bathrooms have linens, hair dryer, soap. ironing board, etc. Enjoy your own barbecue as there is a fenced in backyard with an outdoor grill or enjoy an evening sitting around the fire pit to toast marshmallows.
Also enjoy a massage, manicure or facial as we are also just 2.5 miles from the Chesapeake Beach Resort, in the town of Chesapeake Beach with a Health Spa, Casino, and fine dining at Rod & Reel Restaurant. There is also a great Water Park in Chesapeake Beach.
Rose Haven is a quiet and friendly town. The towns of North Beach and Chesapeake Beach are very family friendly towns. Every Friday night in the summer North Beach has a great Flea Market/Craft Fair. There is a 1 mile long boardwalk right along the waters edge, with one end having many stores and shops. They also have Movie on the Beach nights on Saturdays where they show family type movies. You can also rent bikes in Chesapeake Beach at the rental stand behind the Water Park.
Just 30 minutes to the beautiful and family friendly town of Annapolis. and 45 minutes from Washington, DC or Baltimore, MD and 25 minutes to nearest Metro.
