Positive: The property was in close proximity to downtown Nashville. It was very clean and all necessities for using the kitchen and bathrooms were supplied.
Negative: The furniture is not comfortable for people who actually want to spend time at the house. It’s right next to the interstate so all the traffic noise can be heard all day and night. The house has high ceilings, which are beautiful, but when people are talking and the TV is on everything is amplified in volume. The mattress on the sleeper sofa is not comfortable to sleep on, which means that 10 people cannot comfortably sleep in the house and the two bedrooms with twin beds have the twin beds in a loft area with very unsafe steps up to the bed. The air conditioning was set to 64 and we we tried to turn the temperature up it would only raise to a comfortable temperature for a short period of time then go back to being freezing. There is not enough parking for more than 2 cars and the edge of the driveway has a steel box of some sort that could ruin a tire or more if someone wasn’t paying close attention or off the driveway by 6-12 inches.
Summary: It was okay, however the pictures and description are very misleading.
