Creciente condominiums are continuing their phased reopening and this condo has a planned reopening date of December 1, 2024. Contractors are still working around the property and in and around the condo buildings while the individual condos are available for occupancy. As a result there will be some contractors, noise, parking lot congestion and some unkept areas at times. Pool & Tennis Court are still closed. The beach is beautiful and open for your enjoyment. The fitness center and parking space are available.
Exterior & aerial photos were taken prior to the hurricane so the property exterior is not as depicted in the listing photos. The condo interior was not damaged from the condo and is available for rental occupancy.
While Fort Myers Beach continues to rebuild from the impacts of Hurricane Ian and though our island paradise may look a bit different than it once did, the sun continues to shine each day and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made.

In addition to several restaurants to suit everyone's taste, there is a full grocery store on island for your convenience and 2 supercenter grocery stores a short drive off-island.
