Beach Belle is a quiet home located in the back of Greenway Park, Seagrove. Greenway Park is a quaint community located near Eastern Lake and borders Point Washington State Forest. Community amenities include a pool with a pool house and pergola. Because of the abundance of wooded area, you will find this home peaceful. Beach Belle is a newer home with an open floor plan.
Upon entering Beach Belle, you will find the open, airy living space with a pull-out sofa. In the dining room you will find a table with seating for eight, with seating for three more at the island bar. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. As you make your way down the hall you will find the laundry room with an adjacent half bath, as well as a queen bedroom with private bath at the end of the hall.
As you make your way upstairs you will find the queen bunk room across the hallway equipped with their own TVs. Adjacent to the queen bunk room, sharing a bathroom, you will find another queen bedroom. Across the hall you will find two twin bunk beds. Making your way down the opposite end of the hallway you will find the king master bedroom with a private bathroom and private balcony overlooking the neighborhood.

Summary: My husband and I had a wedding to attend in Destin, so we decided to make it a family trip and take our grown kids and their significant others along. My daughter was concerned with the location because she likes the Seaside activities. The Beach Belle was not far from Seaside and not too far from the beach. The listing offered a golf cart which we were excited about. I got a call from the management company the Monday before our trip saying the golf cart was broken but I could rent a cart from a local company, and they would credit our stay for the amount of the cart rental. We really appreciated that as we used the golf cart a lot. There were only 6 adults in our group, so we did not use all the bedrooms in the house but the 3 we did use were very comfortable and spacious. They each had their own bathroom which was a huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet even though there were a few houses under construction. My only suggestion on the rental would be to include a few more supplies. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom which didn't last long. We were given 3 small kitchen trash bags which again was insufficient. And the house did not provide beach towels, so I had to pack 6 beach towels which took a ton of room in my suitcase. All in all, the house was great for our family. We would rent it again if we get back to the area.
