Positive: The location was great. We were on the second floor and it overlooked the pool area with a great view of the ocean. The balcony was huge and plenty of room for the 8 of us staying. Three bedrooms were all spacious and all had their own bathrooms... definitely a huge plus!
Negative: It's not a resort.. it's a bunch of condos with individual owners so they don't have the same amenities as a resort. No beach towels, no beach chairs (you have to rent them) and nothing aside from the pool that doesn't come with an additional cost. You have to clean the condo and take out all trash before leaving even though you pay a cleaning fee at booking. And good luck finding the trash bin that you're suppose to use for the trash.. I never could find it and had to do what others were doing; leaving it by the trash bin in the parking area. Also, what ruined it for me, was the maintenance man that showed up in the living room, talking to my kids while I was dressing after taking a shower. He let himself in without ringing the door bell first or knocking. I did not call him to come up so I was furious and shocked at the same time.
Summary: Pricey stay for basics. Unwanted guests.
