There are 2 owners closets in the home that are off limits. We have signs on these doors and they are locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!
We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until you check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.
When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.
**GOLF CART:
Available free of charge to guests. Key MUST be returned to lockbox prior to guest departure or guests are responsible for a $25 Lost Key Fee.
Licensed drivers ONLY.
Golf cart must be plugged into the charger after every use for proper functioning. Charger must be covered/protected from outdoor elements at all times.
Liability waiver signed at the time of booking on behalf of all guests.
