You could not ask for more - a beautifully appointed cottage that is located steps from the Laurel Grove swimming pool, and offers a lovely golf course view. Take a short ride on one of the two complimentary six-seat golf carts to the beach or the Wharf! This picturesque vacation property offers it all, so enjoy the finest at 1363 Ravens Run in Laurel Grove!
Our open and airy family room features travertine floors and plenty of comfortable seating. The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and features granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is seating for ten guests at the dining table, and bar seating for four. Lounge on the back porch and enjoy a lovely golf course view. Entertaining outdoors is a pleasure!
The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a comfy king bed, generous closet space, and access to the front porch through french doors. The spacious master bathroom offers a separate shower, a soaking tub, and a dual sink vanity. Upstairs you will find a second master bedroom furnished with a king bed, large HDTV, generous closet space. The upstairs master bathroom features a large shower and a bath vanity with granite countertops. An additional upstairs guest bedroom offers a king bed along with an additional twin bed + trundle twin bed and television in the adjoining oversize closet. The fourth bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin bed over a queen bed, and an additional twin bed with a television in the adjoining oversize closet. A full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination completes the upstairs guest suite. For your convenience, the laundry closet provides a stackable washer/dryer.
