You will enjoy unobstructed views and direct access to the Gulf of Mexico from this beach-front condo just over the dunes of Matagorda Beach near the mouth of the Colorado River and East Matagorda Bay!!! We are situated in a neighborhood of similar condos - but are the only beach-front building that doesn't have other buildings on either side. Enjoy the peacefulness of the large deck that overlooks the Gulf with privacy!
The unit has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and is a tastefully furnished beach-front condo that comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Need more space? You can also rent the other side of our building (Unit #41) for up to 6 more spots! A spacious deck connects the units so you can enjoy looking at the stars and listening to the ocean together and then retire to your separate sides for a relaxing night's sleep!
The unit is fully stocked with bath towels, linens, dishes, flatware, and cookware. An electric range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee maker, satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, ceiling fans, central AC, and heat are also included.
Amenities of the neighborhood complex include a pleasant lagoon, a large pool, and the Gulf of Mexico just over the dunes!
