1 Bedroom Condo in South of Fifth, Miami Beach
One Bedroom Condo on the beach is on the top floor (very quiet) with plenty of light and diagonal view of the Ocean. We just bought it and renovated it with new tile/paint, furniture, and decorations. During the daytime you can go Nikki Beach Club, or just chill right in front of the condo with dedicated beach chairs and umbrellas for our condo just for $5. Night time you can walk to all the great bars/restaurants/clubs that South Beach has to offer.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO PARKING IN THE BUILDING
There is a parking lot one block up on Ocean Drive in-between 4th and 5th street prices vary and are negotiable and very convenient. There is also a municipal garage 4 blocks away on Collins and 7th street they have the lowest prices in the area. We recommend our guests to download - The best parking app - or - Spot hero - for availability and prices in the area.
Location can not be beat, walk out to the pool that opens out to the beach - we provide chairs/beach towels/cooler. We have a membership so you can enjoy the beach umbrella and chairs for $5.
You must be 21 years or older to rent and no more than the registered number of guests are allowed in the apartment at any point in time without the prior written consent of the owner. Thank you.
