Private beachfront compound on Lake Sunapee's eastern sandy shore, sleeps 14 in a two-story main house and two guest houses (one, a beach-house with full bath that sleeps two, is summer use only). White sand beach, wade into the clear water, dive off the dock, sail and row; or in winter, cross-country ski in the back woods, alpine ski at Mount Sunapee 20 minutes away, enjoy the lake-front living room fireplace, and cozy wood stove in the large sunny kitchen.

"Boys House": 2 bedrooms: 1 with one set of bunk beds (twin size), pull-out couch and cot available and 1 bedroom with king bed; 1 full bath.
Beach House: 1 king bedroom; 1 small but full bath (summer only).
