Unbeatable location positioned perfectly on one of Goolwa Beaches most favourable streets. Only a very short walk through the dunes to Goolwa Beach where you can swim, surf, boogie board and much more! Not even a road to cross. Smell the fresh sea air and hear the surf from this beach house. What a magnificent holiday destination.

Upstairs:
Extra large open plan living. Front and rear balconies with nature reserve and sand dune views. Barbecue, outdoor setting and day bed.
Air conditioning, dining area, and 2 lounge areas, one for watching the TV or DVD and a quiet area for reading and gazing out the window.
Kitchen has electric oven and cook top, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and much more.
Downstairs:
Living area with TV and DVD - a perfect area for the children.
Three bedrooms are located downstairs.
Main bedroom with a Queen Size bed, built in robe and ensuite.
Bedroom two with a Queen Size bed and free standing robe.
