When it’s time to freshen up, you’ll find extra large bath towels for your use. Clean any towels or sandy wardrobes using the new large capacity washer and dryer with premier water pressure.

The house is yours to enjoy and we love our guests that respect everything we have left for your use. Only one closet is locked off as a housekeeping closet, so please feel free to look around and play some games, watch a movie anything you find in the house, it's yours to use while you are a guest.

on the desk is a small bluetooth speaker, the music quality is good, so feel free to turn it on, go in the settings of your phone and connect via bluetooth.
Smart TV's are wall mounted and you can access many apps, including free tv channels on the Roku App or the Pluto TV app.
Guests who book for extended stays will be required to have housekeeping scheduled to come in to do a clean. This will be at the guest expense of $100. To coincide with cleaning standards, we require no one be at the house when housekeeping arrives and to allow 4 hours for the clean. Clean will include, but not limited to floors, dusting, kitchen, baseboards, trim, bathrooms and more. It will not include doing your dishes, doing your laundry, washing linens or making beds. We recommend you wash sheets weekly and you wash quilts every 2-3 weeks as needed depending on how long you have rented the home. Our housekeeper is trustworthy and will do a great job. Please know this is non negotiable, and will be required of any guest booking 14 days or more. If you want full linens, towels and quilts done, cost will be $150. Again, this is an additional expense to all guests who book 14 days or more. Cleanings will be scheduled after you have completed your reservation and paid for your stay.
