Positive: The property was well equipped, spacious and extremely quiet. The surrounding area was beautiful and the facilities were spectacular.
Negative: The keypad door lock was not working and we were locked out. It took five calls to complete a conversation with the customer service dept. (they kept cutting out in their end), and the maintenance man, who was great, said he would not be able to put in a new unit for several days if his request was granted. We had no way to lock the place our entire stay. Neighbors said the problem was ongoing but never addressed.
