This beautiful condo is a few meters away only from the Panama Canal, a paradise within a golf course that will give you the peace you need. 15 minutes away from the city, and 5 minutes away from supermarkets, hardware stores, pharmacies, and banks. Spacious 95sqm, clean, child-friendly & highly secure, it's the perfect place to relax and explore the city!
The open floor plan includes a king-size bed and a double bed, sofa, small dining table/desk, kitchen, and bathroom. There is a good air conditioning unit also to keep the place cool during the hot Panama days.
Other things to note:
No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate it if you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.
No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine.
Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine of $300 will be charged for deep cleaning and/or fire detector tampering.
No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
