This lovely apartment offers you a quiet and peaceful stay while you vacation in the beautiful City of Chattanooga. It is within walking distance of the incline going up Lookout Mountain. The home offers a great view of the Mountain from its point to several miles South into Georgia.All the tourist attractions around Lookout and Downtown are just a few minutes away. Owners live above unit and are residents and offers 2 bedrooms with 1 bath. New home built in the Arts and Crafts style,with some furniture in that style. Home is built with ICFs (insulated concrete forms). Living arrangements are on the lower level . Additional home amenities include fire pit, Hot Tub, home theater with huge screen, Lookout Mountain view from deck,walking distance of incline, many walking trails around the mountain and in the National Park at Chickamauga (Civil War Battlefield), Ruby Falls,Incline, Rock City, and the Historical village of St. Elmo. TV projection screen in home theater room or (MAN's Room) is 6 foot by 11 foot. Many rental vcr's available.. Man's rooms also has 2 single beds, a large collection of fishing lures, and other outdoor items. Main bedroom has a queen bed and front reading room has a couch which pulls out and makes a single bed. Parking available on main road or in Driveway.
