Tastefully appointed with every amenity you'll need for a comfortable, relaxing stay! Central A/C. Walk into the open concept living/dining area with large flat screen tv with Bose speaker and electric fireplace. Plenty of dining/counter seating in the large kitchen area. Huge center island with plenty of cabinet space/pantry. A half bath rounds off the first floor. A staircase leads down to the 2 car garage. Custom designer wall treatments throughout.
The 2nd floor hosts the 2 bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed, it's own separate full bath and lots of closet space. A full size washer/dryer in the hallway for your convenience. The well-lit master bedroom has a Queen bed, contains the 2nd full size bathroom with walk in shower, separate tub, duel sinks, water closet and huge walk-in closet. Walk up the staircase to the rooftop patio where you have 3 seating areas, gas fire table, lighted umbrella, BBQ grill and lots of storage space.
For additional sleeping options...there is a full size memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room, and a queen size inflatable mattress in the upstairs closet.
Please note that smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo at anytime. Outside smoking is ok but take great care.
This townhouse is bright and cheery with many extra touches to make you feel right at home during your stay. Please do not park in front of any other townhome spaces. If you require additional parking outside the garage, park in the overflow spaces located next to the dumpsters.
