Follow the steps down to the water's edge and spend your day relaxing on the spacious dock! The wrap-around deck off the main cottage is a perfect place to do just that, equipped with plenty of lounge furniture and a BBQ for when you get hungry! Features 200 feet of prime Lake Muskoka frontage, a 20ft dock, and a 10ft rocky beach entrance.

MAIN COTTAGE
This cottage boasts an elegant interior with bright walls, hardwood floors and oversized windows overlooking the lake. The open-concept kitchen features sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two sinks, and a large island with 7 stools. Located just beyond the kitchen, the living room serves as a wonderful space for family and friends to congregate - complete with a large sectional couch, a flat-screen TV, and doors leading out to the wrap-around deck. The spacious dining area is located in a separate room just past the kitchen, and is equipped with a large wood dining table that seats eight. There is also a Muskoka Room with screened-in windows and a sitting area that leads out to the wrap-around deck. There are two King bedrooms and 1 Queen bedroom located in the main cottage, along with a full 3-piece bathroom.
