Summary: It is located a few blocks away from the beach. The house is very cozy and feel comfortable. FYI. One of the bedrooms has 2 twin beds and the mattresses are for kids (hard ones). 2 twin beds in another rooms are for adults. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well organized. It is a quiet neighborhood, so we could have a deep sleep at night. The owner is very generous and kind. I got a fast response from the owner for my questions. They have a ping pong table and many beach and baby gears in the garage as well, so it was very convenient. My kids had lots of fun in the yard.. Overall, it was a good stay for our family (2 girls - 3 & 6).
