Gorgeous 7 double bedroom Georgian house situated in 2 acres of landscaped grounds on the edge of the idilic South Downs. Conveniently located moments from historic Winchester; with train station, river walks and fabulous pubs - all within walking distance! Perfectly located for exploring all Hampshire has to offer, the New Forest & the South Downs, and the beautiful beaches of Dorset.
The house is a beautiful Georgian building tastefully renovated to a high standard, with quality furniture and luxury linens. The house provides spacious luxury accommodation for ups to 14 guests, with 7 large bedrooms - 5 with ensuite, and multiple larges entertaining and family spaces on the ground floor.

The electric gated car access leads to private off street parking in front of the house for several cars. Please note, this gate is shared with the adjacent cottage. Winchester city centre can be reached with a 10 minute drive. Winchester is a perfect sized cathedral city, with history, boutique shops, and some amazing restaurants & bars. For foodies the restaurants include: The Ivy, Rick Steins, The Chisel Rectory, and the incredible Kyoto Kitchen. The New Forest is a 20 minute drive, and the beach can be reached in 25 minutes. Bournemouth is around 35 minutes. Twyford is a few minutes drive from the M3 (Junc. 11). Shawford train station is a few minutes walk from the house
