Located on the 9th green overlooking the cove at Great Waters Club House, Mayfair Cottage offers an open floor plan that is a comfortable place for friends and family to gather. The cottage boast 2 king master bedrooms with ensuite bath each with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. The second floor offers two additional queen bedrooms with a shared bath comfortably providing sleeping for eight. The family rooms offers plenty of seating and a smart TV complete with WIFI. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with all the pots and pans you could need in addition to dinner ware serving for eight. There is a Keurig coffee machine, a coffee pot for larger crowds, espresso maker and a milk frother. The first floor also has a half bath and laundry area. The back porch spans the length of the house with comfortable seating to watch the morning sunrise or enjoy drinks after a fun day on the lake. The cottage is within walking distance to the Waterside Pub or the Waterside Village pool and beach area. There are two tennis courts available to use, along with day use docks.
