Country home on 3 wooded acres with 300' of waterfront. This is a 3 bedroom 3 and a 1/2 bath home with sleeping accommodations for 10. The house is 2300 finished sqft with a two car garage. Total in the house there is one king bed, two queen beds, 3 twin beds and a pull out couch. The master bedroom has a giant custom shower with 6 shower heads. The kitchen has all stainless appliances and granite counter tops. There are also 3 covered porches on the house for your enjoyment. The home sits on a park like setting with the backyard having a large firepit in the middle and covered seating areas at the barn and at the dock. The dock is a shallow water dock. At full pool there is about 2 feet of water at the dock. It is perfect for kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards and possibly jetskis. Boats are not recommended. There are lots of places to launch boats very close by..
Available for use in the yard are corn hole boards and bocce balls. I also have available at the dock one kayak and one paddleboard which are for rent by the day or by the trip.
So I am the owner and I live on the property. I live In the barn apartment which is a totally separate building from the house. My home is about 50 yards away from the rental. I'm very easy going and my main objective is for my guests to have a great trip. I am on the property some but I am mostly gone at work. I have been in the short term rental business for 8 yrs and I love it. Most of my guests end up being repeat customers and friends.
