The home is 2,600 square feet, with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 separate gathering areas, a gourmet kitchen, and an inviting backyard. California’s central coast is known for great weather, which enables our guests to enjoy the outdoors as much as the indoors. We’ve renovated and landscaped the fenced back yard to include a built-in island barbecue, gas fire pit, and half basketball court. There’s plenty of comfortable seating, both sunny and shaded. A vegetable garden with fresh seasonal herbs is available for you to snip and enjoy.
The home’s interior is spacious, tastefully decorated, and truly elegant, with an open, warm, and inviting feel. There are 2 large flat-screen Samsung TVs - one in the family room/kitchen and the other in the Master bedroom. We have dish cable, Internet access, and a fax machine. Comfortable beds are made with high-quality sheets, bath towels are plush, everything is sparkling clean, and some delicious goodies await your arrival in the fridge.
Get some fresh air and exercise just by walking out the front door. The neighborhood has sidewalks all around and an easy-to-navigate layout, with expansive views of the ocean. There are playgrounds and open spaces.
One of the nicest things about this location is that it’s close to everything, yet quiet and private. If you’re attending one of Monterey’s famous events, your drive “home” will be quick, direct, and away from the crowds. The location is ideal.
