This fully renovated house has all the home amenities for a relaxing getaway. A little over an hour away from the New York City.
This house has views of the lake in almost every room. The main living rooms has a 65 inch smart tv and dvd. There is also a pac man, board games, and games for the kids. If you want to do karaoke, turn on middle speaker and microphones and select any karaoke songs on Youtube and sing to your hearts delight! All bedrooms and laundry is on the 2nd floor.
This is a private lake so no swimming, boating, or fishing is aloud unless an owner accompany you. However there is Wawayanda State Park Lake is only 5 minutes away. This public park is rated #1 (out of 553) BEST STATE PARKS in New Jersey by AllTrails. It's a great place for swimming, boating, hiking, picnicking, fishing, and mountain biking. You can launch your own watercraft from the launching ramp located near the beach and picnic areas. There’s also a boat rental facility by the ramp.
Forested hills surround the lake and a twenty-mile stretch of the Appalachian Trail runs through the park. The top of Wawayanda Mountain offers sensational views. More than forty miles of trails are marked in the park.
