4 Bedroom House in Lake Oconee, White Plains
The house is very private on the east side of the lake. Located on a quiet, private cove known for some of the best skiing on the lake. We do our best to keep the house and property well maintained. Pet friendly with fenced in yard.
Three large screen TV's - 65" on main level with Surround Sound, Harmony remote, and outdoor deck speakers...43" in the Master Bedroom...and a 51' TV on the basement level...great for the kids! TV's also in Basement King, and Queen Bedrooms...
Kitchen has all stainless appliances w/ granite counter tops - reclaimed heart pine floors on main floor with carpet, hardwoods, and tile in the basement which is a perfect place for kids while adults enjoy the deck upstairs with a fantastic view of the lake.
The front of the house has a large concrete parking pad and is fenced in so kids or pets can play. The lake side of the house has a large flat grass area perfect for corn hole, volleyball or croquet.
Private Boat Ramp is literally 100 yards from house - bring your Boat or PWC and tie it up to the dock and enjoy the fantastic fishing and boating offered on Lake Oconee.
Multiple golf courses in the area...Harbor Club and The Landing at Reynolds are two of my favorites...
House is located next to a wooded area and the cove is very private and is perfect for skiing or tubing.
