Our beautiful, spacious home is the perfect spot for an unforgettable weekend in Happy Valley! We Are a 3 minute drive to downtown also a short walk to Bryce Jordan & Beaver Stadium and centrally located in State College. In addition to our proximity to Beaver Stadium, we are very close to restaurants/dining and a beautiful park/nature preserve. Our place is great for couples, families and even business groups.

Depending on the situation we would consider allowing more than 8 people for an additional $50 per person p/night fee and you would be responsible for additional beds/bedding (presumably air mattresses). Requests must be made for additional guests as transparency is very important us.
