The house was built in 1959 and has air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas.
Single story house of 160m2 that includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest toilet, a laundry room, a large double living room with a majestic fireplace, a dining room with fireplace and a semi-open kitchen.
The dining room gives access to a covered terrace with pizza oven and built-in barbecue. Modern interiors are combined with beautiful Provencal elements such as wooden beams in the dining room ceiling.
Beautifully maintained garden of 2016m², with a swimming pool, a large lawn and several seating areas.
This single storey house is perfectly adapted for a family with children. The property in fully enclosed with a trampoline, swings and a slide. A baby bed, high chair and toys can be provided if desired.
Unique location with several golf courses nearby (1 km from the nearest golf course), walking distance to a great bakery as well as the old village of Valbonne and its charming cafes, restaurants, galleries and shops.
