The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
Built in 2023, this house is ready to make your summer memorable. As you enter the ground floor, you will find the garage entrance and a large office area which is quiet sanctuary for those of you that will be having a "working" vacation. As you go upstairs, you will enter the main living area. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a love seat along with a large wall mounted TV. The kitchen features upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The large kitchen island and dining room table provide ample seating for everyone. There is also a sitting area next to the kitchen and is a good spot to surf the internet or read a good book. There is also a half bath on this floor. Upstairs, you will find two more levels with sleeping accommodations of 4 queen beds and 1 king. All of the bedrooms have their own TV. The large balcony provides a great place to gather and take in the summer sun during the day and the cool bay breezes at night. There is a washer and dryer for guest use and of course free internet.
You'll love being close to the outlets for shopping, fantastic golf courses, miniature golf, batting cages, go carts and the adults will love all the great bar restaurant options including a local brewery. There is even an airport close by for those of you looking for an adventurous plane ride or skydiving! This quiet waterfront community overlooks Assateague Island and features a clubhouse with an indoor/outdoor pool, a tennis court, basketball court, playground, game room, kayak dock and crab pier.
THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. Violation of smoking policy or age restrictions will result in eviction without refund.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* You can fit 2 cars in the garage. Limited parking around the neighborhood.
* There is a $100.00 resort fee for this Bayside community from May 31st through Labor Day.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day Weekend until the 3rd Saturday in September. The indoor pool and fitness room is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 7 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
