Villa Estrella is perfectly located 35 minutes from the Phoenix airport. As you walk in the double door entry, you will be greeted by the open floor plan and beautiful family room with amazing kitchen. This spectacular house features a five-piece master bathroom with a private soaking tub, walk in shower and walk in closet. The Master bedroom is complete with a king size bed, its own 55" LCD TV and private door to enter the outdoor covered patio. The second bedroom is a mini-Master that has a queen size bed and comes with its own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and bedroom 4 has a full-size bed along with twin bunk beds, these two rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The house has a small rec area that is perfect for kids or adults to just hang out. There is always something to do at Villa Estrella, whether it's playing pool inside, a movie, or just watching TV there is lots of entertainment for vacationers both inside and out.
Once you step outside, you will notice the amazing outdoor entertainment areas. The professionally landscaped backyard boasts an outdoor pool with hot tub (heated pool/hot tub is $350 per week) multiple fire pits, amply covered seating areas which include an outdoor 55" LCD TV, outdoor covered BBQ with ample counter space and seating areas, Bocce ball court, shuffleboard court, mini golf area to practice your golf game and enough seating for everyone!
The Estrella community also offers so many casual activities as walking and biking on well-marked trails. The community also boasts two modest style lakes of which catch-and-release fishing is allowed. The Sonoran Mountains in the 19,000 acres Estrella Regional Park next door is ideally suited for nature lovers and hikers. Within the community, you will find an outstanding grocery store (Safeway), along with amenities such as Starbucks, Papa-Johns Pizza, and a Subway plus the newly added restaurant inside the Presidio.
If there is not enough to do at the house, there is always something going on in the Phoenix area. Spring training for multiple teams, final four destination, Phoenix International Raceway home to NASCAR is just a short 15-minute drive. Two PGA golf courses and if that isn't enough there are 900+ golf courses to explore in the Phoenix area. Great shopping and dining options galore! The city of Phoenix itself hosts the Arizona Cardinals NFL Football games, Phoenix Coyotes NHL Hockey games, Phoenix Suns National Basketball games and Arizona Diamondbacks Major League Baseball games. Of course, besides backing onto the Golf Club of Estrella, the Phoenix area is nationally known as one of the top Golf destinations in the USA. This house is amazing in every way, it truly has everything you could want in a vacation home. It will suit the vacationer who wants to relax and enjoy the Arizona sun or the adventurer who wants to explore Arizona and all it has to offer.

**Please make sure that you park your vehicle(s) in the driveway, street parking is available during the day but not allowed at night. RV's and trailers are not allowed in the driveway or on the street at any time. Please adhere to the parking rules, our HOA will fine us if any of these rules are broken.
**Finally, we ask that you be conscious of our neighbors, they live in this nice neighborhood, and we have become friends with many of them. Please make sure that you respect the 10pm quiet time and that the floodlights on the side of the house are turned off every night that you are done using the games. Our neighbor's bedroom faces the lights, and they are very bright when they want to go to bed.
