Villa Yesenia is a modern, clean, luxurious villa in an enviable location, and with spectacular views.
Villa Yesenia is within easy walking distance of the sea, the shops and restaurants at the fabulous Marina Rubicon, local supermarkets and bars. It is in an elevated position overlooking the marina, and across the sea to Fuerteventura. Although a hire car would be a good idea, it isn’t necessary as there are regular buses between Playa Blanca / the airport / Arecife, and there is a local bus stop located conveniently close by, as well as an e-scooter pick-up/drop-off point. The lovely town of Playa Blanca, with its fantastic shops, restaurants, bars and beach-front promenade is less than a mile away to the west, and the stunning beaches at Papagayo (renowned as the best in Lanzarote) are a similar distance away in the other direction.
The villa itself is modern (completed in 2019) and very well appointed. The outside terrace is tiled and subtly planted with trees and shrubs. There is a private gated parking area, leading
to a south facing pool and sunbathing area with sea views. The private pool is heated in the cooler months and surrounded by lava stone tiles. Away from the pool is a dining and BBQ area.
Leading off the exterior dining area are patio doors through into the bright and very tastefully furnished interior spaces. There is an air-conditioned modern living-room with comfortable sofas and wall-mounted flat screen TV (with English channels). Leading off the living room there is a stunning modern dining room with wrap-around sliding windows, a fully tiled downstairs shower/wc room and a well-appointed kitchen with stone worktops, microwave, double oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Leading off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and storage units.
A polished stone staircase leads up, firstly, to a magnificent TV room. The wrap-around sliding windows afford exceptional triple-aspect views out towards the sea and mountains. The room has a sofa-bed providing further sleeping facilities if required. The upstairs landing leads to two comfortable bedrooms: A master bedroom with double bed, large built-in sliding wardrobe and wall-mounted Smart TV (with UK channels), and a similar twin room with writing desk and wall-mounted Smart TV (with UK channels). By the summer of 2023 the bedrooms will be air-conditioned. There is a fully tiled modern shower/wc room between the two bedrooms.

Pool cleaning, meet and greet service, plus mid-week cleaning and linen change on stays of more than 7 days. Welcome Packs available on request. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included.
