At only 10-15 minutes in the canals via boat, you’ll be out on the waters of Charlotte Harbor in no time. The boat dock, with electricity and water, are also great for easy cleanup after your day on the water.

Public Boat Ramp: Ponce De Leon Public Boat ramp is a few miles south of the house, Laishley Park Boat ramp is located in downtown Punta Gorda. Both offer easy access to the harbor and canal to the house.Garage: two car garage available for guest use.

Pool heat is an additional extra cost per week or extra cost per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid. BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional cost fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning. Two Bikes for guest use. Pool floats are located in the garage or the storage bin on the lanai. Full-size washer and dryer for guest use.
