It's a wildlife haven of ducks, geese, turtles, large mouth bass, catfish, falcons and hawks. Fishing and kayaking are also allowed on the lake. What better way to relax from a hard days work on your patio and feel the days stress drift away. There are water views from practically every room in the home. It is located on the Best part of the Lake. The Townhouse has just gone thru a full renovation. Gorgeous furniture along with high-end vanities and light fixtures, faucets and new paint. The Publix Shopping Center and the PAL (Police Athletic League) which is one of the premier parks in Jacksonville, running trails, doggie park, baseball fields, etc is located only 3 minutes away. Atlantic or Jax Beach are only 15 minutes away and 10 minutes from Mayport Naval Station. There is the Master with Queen bed and with 2 large closets. A second bedroom upstairs with a Queen Bed and a third bedroom with a Queen bed. A large, comfy loft to relax and read a book. There is lots of space in this home so you can have some separation, when needed. Non-Refundable Pet Fee $350 per pet.
