Summary: I have some positive words to say about this house but I’ll get out first the challenges we had. The listing when we booked it had an extra bedroom listed. When we got there we had to have someone sleep on the couch bc we were one bedroom short. When I called to ask they apologized and said they would refund us for that. They still haven’t even though we have reached out multiple times. It was a real inconvenience bc it wasn’t comfortable to sleep on the couch for 2 nights and now we all had to end our evening gatherings early for our family member sleeping on the couch. The other issue we ran into was the pool cover was locked and we couldn’t get access to the pool for the first day. So we lost one day of that great amenity. Service there wasn’t great with phones so it was hard to get in touch most times. The house was well equipped and a lot of space for the people it holds. The outdoor space was beautiful and very spacious. Although the sleeping arrangements ended up being very challenging we made the best of it.
